I am a freelance director based in London & Portsmouth

My work is often playful, visually imaginative and comic. I usually work in collaboration with other theatre makers, and enjoy epic stories being beautiful told.

I recently directed Little Soldier production’s The Ingenious Gentleman: Don Quixote of la Mancha, which received The Stage Award in Edinburgh, and wonderful reviews.

I also worked as Physical Comedy Consultant on Comedy of Errors in Chester, directed by Alex Clifton.

I studied at University of Birmingham, Central School of Speech and Drama and at École Philippe Gaulier.

I am the Artistic Director of Old Salt Theatre, a Portsmouth based new theatre company.
